President’s Message

I feel privileged and honored on assuming the responsibilities of President of IFIBCA. In this position, I, intend to commit myself wholeheartedly to working together with the members of the association to realize an organization that is valued by all around the world, not least its members and stakeholders.

I take this opportunity to convey my gratitude to our predecessors who have laid a strong foundation of the association and also to the present members who are constantly working towards making positive changes in our domain through IFIBCA. Today, India is a leader in quality FIBC Manufactured products and a source to rely on. Over the past two decades, the industry has seen a formidable growth.

FIBC Export Data for Last Decade:

Over the next couple of years, the intention will be to clearly cross the 1 Bn $ mark on consecutive year basis and continue to move up the value chain.

IFIBCA is aimed to fulfill wide-ranging and diverse objectives such as Development of Market, Improving Quality and Manufacturing Standard, Resolving Conflicts, Creating values for Members of Mutual Benefit, Benchmarking Exercises, Networking and sharing platform for new Innovations etc. The future of the world economy remains unclear due to the spread of Covid-19. Under these conditions, we will closely monitor the changes in society, we will be adventurous, without clinging to the status quo, with a determination to progress through change, overcome the current difficulties and define a clear path forward.

To realize sustained growth, we will create and foster new opportunities without being bound by conventional parameters. We will explore the FIBC necessities of countries such as Japan and South Korea. Let me conclude by inviting you all to further your cooperation efforts to develop joint actions and initiatives in order to promote and meet the expectations and needs for high quality FIBC products.
