Mr. Pramal Choudhary is the Chief Operation Officer (COO) of Commercial Syn Bags Limited. He joined the organisation in 2009 after completing his MBA in Finance and Operations from ICFAI Business School, Bangalore.
At Comsyn he spearheads the FIBC division of the company, with a focus on delivering quality products and working on new product development. He also actively takes part in the training and development of employees, which helps in achieving better efficiency and production capabilities of the company.

Mr. Nilesh Gandhi

Mr. Nilesh Gandhi, CEO of Asia Bulk Sacks Pvt. Ltd., is a veteran of the plastics packaging industry with over four decades of leadership. A pioneer in introducing advanced woven bag technologies in the 1980s, he steered Asia Bulk Sacks into FIBC manufacturing with a focus on value creation and quality-driven growth.
As President of IFIBCA (2023–25), he strengthened the association by adding ten reputed members, spearheaded international initiatives including a Japan business mission, exploring FIBC market expansion in the new markets, and led IFIBCA’s presence at Plexconnect 2024. His efforts also secured a favorable Delhi High Court ruling on MEIS subsidy claims.
An engineering graduate in Mechanical, Mr. Gandhi is widely recognized for his vision of elevating Indian FIBC competitiveness globally and for positioning Asia Bulk Sacks as a trusted partner in high-risk market segments.

A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Mr. Padmanabhan ventured into business with automotive filter inserts, gradually expanding his portfolio to include Bulk packaging. Mr. Padmanabhan’s strong business acumen and visionary approach has propelled Indauto / Soliflex Packaging to new heights in the relatively short span of their presence in the packaging industry. His leadership style is democratic, and he consistently encourages collaboration, innovation, and the empowerment of his team.

Mr. G S Anil Kumar

Mr. G.S. Anil Kumar served as the president of IFIBCA for the period 2009 – 2011. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, has been associated with Jumbo Bag Limited since the beginning of his career in 1992 as a management trainee. He has served the company for about 7 years as Director-Finance. He was trained in the finance line and at present he is the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). His array of exposure has extended to areas like Project Planning and Execution, Finance, Costing and Cost Control, Commercial handling including contracts and Modern Management Initiatives, legal matters, Management Quality System, etc. Mr. G.S. Anil Kumar has played a key role in taking the company to a level up with his professional diligence. He is also been spearheading the IOCL DCA business of the Company.

Mr. Ritesh R Nayak

Mr. Ritesh R Nayak, 45yrs, has an overall work experience of around 24 years with 12 years spanning across IT (Service/ Infrastructure/ Quality management and Business Development- Off shoring) and the latest 12 years in product Manufacturing (Packaging products/similar).
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics from S.E.T (Karnataka) and an array of certifications in Project Management (PMP), IT Management (ITIL), Quality Management (6 Sigma- Black belt), ISO certified lead auditor (QMS) etc. He has been instrumental in training and certifying several middle managers in IT service management skills across Asia-pacific region during his stint at reputed multinationals such as Hinduja Global Solutions and Hewlett Packard. He has also co-owned two IT management training & certification start-ups.
Currently, in the capacity of a C.E.O at Topsack Packaging- he is entrusted upon the responsibility of setting and driving Topsack’s vision to deliver the very best quality products to every user across the world consistently. With his experience cutting across various domains he envisions delivering value & human-touch in services offered to customers on a day to day basis and also in every product rolled out of his manufacturing facility. He also continually strives towards scoring high on employee satisfaction index and is focussed on leaving behind minimal manufacturing carbon foot-print ensuring this world is as pristine as it once was.

With a strong foundation built from years of early exposure to the industry, Shwetha has developed a comprehensive understanding of the FIBC sector. At Polyspin, she focuses on strategic operations, driving innovation, championing sustainable business practices, and expanding the company’s global footprint.
Shwetha is an ACCA-qualified professional and holds a Master’s degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management. Before joining Polyspin, she gained valuable experience in Risk Advisory at Deloitte.

Mr. Vikash Vardhman

Vikash Vardhman is a seasoned industry and policy advocacy professional with over 14 years of experience across government institutions, chambers of commerce, and corporate organizations.
Prior to his current position, Vikash held several significant roles in industry organizations, notably within ASSOCHAM (The Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India), where he worked in the Corporate and Legal Affairs department and was involved in policy discussions, events, and stakeholder consultative initiatives. He was also associated with the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), Ministry of Corporate Affairs, where he worked extensively on Corporate Governance Frameworks, Independent Directors Databank, Financial Capability Policy, National CSR Awards and other capacity-building initiatives.
He holds an MBA in Finance & Marketing and multiple certifications in securities markets, governance, and regulatory compliance.
