Nilesh Gandhi is the CEO of Asia Bulk Sacks Pvt. Ltd. A veteran of the plastics packaging industry – he was a leader in introducing new technologies in the woven bags sector in the 1980s and started FIBC manufacturing in Asia Bulk Sacks with a similar intention to add value to the Indian FIBC industry.
He has always believed in a “quality over quantity” approach to growth. He believes that the future of the Indian FIBC sector lies in our ability to match (and surpass!) the technologies and human skills of competitors in China and Turkey. It is with this vision that he has led Asia Bulk Sacks to become a leader in progressive practices within the sector, and a trusted name within high-risk market segments.

Mrs. Rinku M. Appalwar is the Executive Director and CFO of Emmbi Industries Limited. She is the co-founder of Emmbi Industries and heads specific functional departments like Accounts, Finance & Taxation, Banking, Compliance & Legal, Procurement, Logistics, Production, and HR & Admin. She is a firm believer in setting high standards and this has translated to her being felicitated as the leading lady in manufacturing for three consecutive years. Rinku is instrumental in taking the Company public and ensuring its five-fold growth in five years from the time Emmbi became a listed Company.

He is a master in front lining strategy and formulating marketing discipline, armed with a singular aim and vision to lead and eventually evolve Kanpur Plastipack Ltd as one of the leading FIBC producing enterprise, globally.
Mr Shashank Agarwal is B.E. (Hons) in Manufacturing Engineering & Operation Management from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom.

Mr. Pramal Choudhary is the COO, Chief Operation Officer of Commercial Syn Bags Limited. He joined the organisation in 2009 after completing his MBA in Finance and Operations from ICFAI Business School, Bangalore.
At Comsyn he spearheads the FIBC division of the company, with a focus on delivering quality products and working on new product development. He also actively takes part in the training and development of employees, which helps in achieving better efficiency and production capabilities of the company. Mr Murtaza Ali Moti is the CEO & Whole time Director of SAH Polymers limited (SPL) and Managing Director of its subsidiary FIBCORP Polyweave Private Limited. He is first generation entrepreneur and have founded FIBCORP Polyweave in the year 2017.
Prior to starting his entrepreneurial journey, he was a finance profession working for renowned multinational Organisations such as Abu Dhabi Investment Council in Abu Dhabi, Ernst & Young in Bahrain and ICICI Bank Limited in Mumbai.
Under his leadership, SPL has grown its market presence in multiple geographies and have developed various technical textiles products and he has played crucial role in taking the company Public. Mr. Rajesh Agarwal

A Chartered Accountant (CA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Mr. Rajesh Agarwal is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of industry experience. As a key business leader at Bhim Polyfab Industries, part of the Kandoi Group of Industries, he spearheads the FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container) division and oversees financial management for the entire group.
Under his vision and leadership, the FIBC division has grown from the ground up to a production capacity exceeding 28,000 tons annually, serving clients across more than 50 countries. He has been instrumental in establishing world-class manufacturing capabilities, offering a diverse range of fully customizable FIBC products — including U-panel, circular, baffle, conductive, and food-grade bags — tailored to meet the varied needs of global industries.
Mr. Agarwal’s deep financial acumen ensures robust fiscal governance, operational efficiency, and sustainable business expansion. In line with the group’s commitment to sustainability, he is also leading a joint venture focused on manufacturing FIBCs from recycled PET (rPET) flakes, promoting eco-friendly innovation in packaging solutions.
