Mr Shashank Agarwal is Dy. Managing Director of Kanpur Plastipack Ltd. A young Entrepreneur who has rich experience of more than 10 years, he is a Passionate learner of new technologies and advancements, under his able leadership, Kanpur Plastipack Ltd has expanded immensely and achieved new heights of success. He is a master in front lining strategy and formulating marketing discipline, armed with a singular aim and vision to lead and eventually evolve Kanpur Plastipack Ltd as one of the leading FIBC producing enterprise, globally.
Mr Shashank Agarwal is B.E. (Hons) in Manufacturing Engineering & Operation Management from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom.
Some of his business achievements are as following:
- Diversified Business Interests of Company into Yarns and Compounding of Master Batch
- Increased Geographical Base to South America and Japan (Untapped Markets) Increased Management Team Size to 5 Times in Last 10 Years.
- Increased Revenues by 5 times In Last 10 Years.
- Exponential Digital Revolution within the Company in Early 2010’s to Build Processes and Promote Smart Work.
- Spearheaded Change Management with TOC Principles of Management and Visual Management.
For his exceptional work and outstanding contribution, Mr Agarwal has been honoured with the EO Rock Star of the Year Award 2017-18, he has been designated as President of IFIBCA and featured in brands and leaders on CNBC Tv18. He has also initiated Solar Roof tops in Uttar Pradesh in 2011, Initiated Industry 4.0 journey in Kanpur Plastipack Ltd and participated in many prestigious packaging forums.

Nilesh Gandhi is the CEO of Asia Bulk Sacks Pvt. Ltd. A veteran of the plastics packaging industry - he was a leader in introducing new technologies in the woven bags sector in the 1980s and started FIBC manufacturing in Asia Bulk Sacks with a similar intention to add value to the Indian FIBC industry.
He has always believed in a “quality over quantity” approach to growth. He believes that the future of the Indian FIBC sector lies in our ability to match (and surpass!) the technologies and human skills of competitors in China and Turkey. It is with this vision that he has led Asia Bulk Sacks to become a leader in progressive practices within the sector, and a trusted name within high-risk market segments.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical and is the current Vice President of IFIBCA.

Mr. M.V. SIVARAMAN (Executive Director of Maris Associates Private Limited, Tuticorin). As Immediate Past President of the Indian Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container Association (IFIBCA), I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and my company. I am a Mechanical Engineer with MBA degree. In 1983 after graduation, I joined the family business and developed the Packaging Division. Since the last 38 years with dedication, sincere efforts and total commitment I have been able to expand the business and introduce the latest technology and machinery for manufacturing FIBC’s. The MARIS production facility is a vertically integrated production system which focusses on employee welfare and safety measures. With almost 4 decades of experience and strong knowledge of the FIBC Industry we have been able to succeed, grow and showcase our company and the association in many international markets around the world.

Mr. Anil Kumar

Mr. G S Anil Kumar, Chartered Accountant, is the Managing Director of Jumbo Bag Limited (JBL) which has multiple manufacturing locations near the port city of Chennai. JBL is the pioneer in manufacturer of FIBCs in India and promoted the usage of reusable FIBCs initially and later ventured into manufacturers of single use FIBCs as well. JBL manufactures the entire range of FIBCs including Clean room bags for food and pharma, Type C, Type D and form stable baffle lined bags.
Mr. G S Anil Kumar was the Vice president of IFIBCA in the years 2007-2009 and served as its President in the years 2009-2011. He is currently serving as a Honorary treasurer of IFBCA.
