Mr Shashank Agarwal is Dy. Managing Director of Kanpur Plastipack Ltd. A young Entrepreneur who has rich experience of more than 10 years, he is a Passionate learner of new technologies and advancements, under his able leadership, Kanpur Plastipack Ltd has expanded immensely and achieved new heights of success. He is a master in front lining strategy and formulating marketing discipline, armed with a singular aim and vision to lead and eventually evolve Kanpur Plastipack Ltd as one of the leading FIBC producing enterprise, globally.
Mr Shashank Agarwal is B.E. (Hons) in Manufacturing Engineering & Operation Management from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom.
Mr. Nilesh Gandhi

Nilesh Gandhi is the CEO of Asia Bulk Sacks Pvt. Ltd. A veteran of the plastics packaging industry - he was a leader in introducing new technologies in the woven bags sector in the 1980s and started FIBC manufacturing in Asia Bulk Sacks with a similar intention to add value to the Indian FIBC industry.
He has always believed in a “quality over quantity” approach to growth. He believes that the future of the Indian FIBC sector lies in our ability to match (and surpass!) the technologies and human skills of competitors in China and Turkey. It is with this vision that he has led Asia Bulk Sacks to become a leader in progressive practices within the sector, and a trusted name within high-risk market segments.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical and is the current Vice President of IFIBCA.

Mr. Manoj Kumar Agarwal

Mr. Manoj Agarwal has been involved in the field of extrusion, Weaving and finishing Technology in Woven Fabrics and Bags since the late 80’s. Under the able guidance of his father Mr. R.P. Agarwal who founded Mittal Polypacks Pvt. Ltd in Jharkhand, Mr. Manoj Agarwal took the baton from his father and with his foresight, unstinted aggression and uncommon leadership quality stewarded the expansion process of the company. He pioneered a new unit under the name of Mittal Technopack Pvt. Ltd. in West Bengal in the year 2002. The presence of MTPL products can be found in different cities of Australia, Europe, Middle East, Africa and USA and the exports have seen a steady positive growth since the inception. The Export growth of the unit was recognized and was accorded “Two Star Export House”, Status by Govt. of India.
Off late, MTPL has come up with a new state of the art food grade unit and will henceforth cater to different pharma and food grain packing units.
Mr. Manoj Agarwal is the Governing Council member – Eastern Zone of IFIBCA and AIFTMA. He is also the Executive Committee member of IPF.

Mrs. Rinku Appalwar

Mrs. Rinku M. Appalwar is the Executive Director and CFO of Emmbi Industries Limited. She is the co-founder of Emmbi Industries and heads specific functional departments like Accounts, Finance & Taxation, Banking, Compliance & Legal, Procurement, Logistics, Production, and HR & Admin. She is a firm believer in setting high standards and this has translated to her being felicitated as the leading lady in manufacturing for three consecutive years. Rinku is instrumental in taking the Company public and ensuring its five-fold growth in five years from the time Emmbi became a listed Company. Rinku is a graduate in Chemistry from Mumbai University and an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

Mr. Sachin Nahar

Mr. Sachin Nahar is one of the Directors at Pegma Resources Private Limited. He is primarily responsible for securing markets across the globe. In spite of making FIBC a Greenfield activity for Pegma, the company under his able guidance has not only been able to secure markets but garner deep-rooted relationships. He has been handling Finance, Accounts, and taxation as well.

Mr. Vivek Ramsisaria

Mr. Vivek Ramsisaria, is the Managing Director at Virgo Polymer India Limited (VPIL). He has completed his Master’s in Business Administration from T.A Pai Management Institute, Manipal and joined VPIL in 2008.
Virgo Polymers (India) Limited are manufacturer and suppliers of wide variety of FIBC bags catering to domestic and international markets. They specialise in Type ‘A’ FIBC bags of PP Jumbo Bag, Colored FIBC, Baffle Bags, Tunnel Lift FIBC Bag, etc. VPIL is situated in Maraimalai Nagar, which is a 40 minutes’ drive from the Chennai Airport located in Tamilnadu state.
Vivek contributes his spare time to the society by actively working for his local rotary clubs. During the recent Covid Pandemic he has worked behind the scenes to set up a 150 bed ward at a local government hospital, and operates an Oxygen bank from his office.

Mr. Pramal Choudhary

Mr. Pramal Choudhary is the COO, Chief Operation Officer of Commercial Syn Bags Limited. He joined the organisation in 2009 after completing his MBA in Finance and Operations from ICFAI Business School, Bangalore. At Comsyn he spearheads the FIBC division of the company, with a focus on delivering quality products and working on new product development. He also actively takes part in the training and development of employees, which helps in achieving better efficiency and production capabilities of the company.

Mr. Umesh Anandani

Secretary General, New Delhi
Mr. Umesh Anandani is the Secretary General of IFIBCA and is based in the New Delhi area of the National Capital Region. Umesh has been working with IFIBCA since June 2016 and has acquired extensive knowledge about the FIBC Industry, its members and their integrated manufacturing units situated Pan India. Umesh is Hospitality Management Graduate from IHM, Bhopal prior to this has worked in the Electronics Industry Association of India as an Additional Secretary from July 2012 onwards. He also has extensive knowledge about the Logistics, Cargo & Courier Industry where he has spent more than a decade in various capacities.
