IFIBCA has launched its Centre for Innovation and Knowledge Management in 2017 and conducted its 1st live training program in Pithampur, District Dhar, Madhya Pradesh at one of its member integrated manufacturing units. We continue to hold various webinars, seminars, knowledge management programs for our members on a regular basis.
The Innovation Centre is set to provide a very robust platform for building a stronger ecosystem for FIBC innovation. Special emphasis on FIBC manufacturing sector by creating a pool of potential talent from aspiring start-ups, from young entrepreneurs and help them develop business plans and help them connect to consultants and angel investment companies that want to support the FIBC Industry. We also serve as a Knowledge Centre for preparing and empowering potential entrepreneurs in India through various capacity-building programs and converting job seekers to job creators.
Further, we endeavour to build partnerships with international universities and national technical institutions such as, IIP, CIPET to support and impart knowledge and provide vocational curriculum, training, courses and employability to new talent that wants to make a career in the FIBC industry. We intend to work with the Central government and State governments to create enabling ecosystem for skilling, growth and employment generation of the youth of India.
